Currently, the company’s main customers are equipment manufacturers such as Convotherm, Merrychef, Astoria – for the Coffe Costa chain ( more than 100 stores nationwide ), Bravilor Bonomat, Hobart. Operators such as Eurest, DO&CO, Impel, Atalian, IBC. Hotel chains e.g. Golebiewski or Radisson, individual customers such as Google and dozens of restaurants in the country, as well as key commercial companies on the Polish market on behalf of which Sperto s.c. provides “outsourcing” maintenance services.

Sperto's story
December 2000.
The company is founded in December 2000 by Jakub Parchet, who, having worked at Multivac Sp. z o.o. since 1998, undergoes his first training and is a service technician responsible for, among other things, the installation and service of Rational ovens. In the first phase of its activity, the company develops on the local market in Lublin and Lublin province.
2001 r.
In 2001, I establish cooperation with Rational Polska Sp. z o.o., and move the company's operations to Warsaw. Successively I develop and provide technical service as a subcontractor for Rational PL throughout the country. My company becomes one of the first Service Partners of Rational in Poland, in the next period the activity is extended to service Meiko, Winterhalter, Retigo equipment.
2008 r.
In 2008, with the help of Rational DE, I make acquaintance with Australian Service Partner Paul Baker Electrical and sign a one-year contract for, among other things: training PBE employees in Rational service, resulting in a temporary suspension of my company's operations in Poland and a trip to Sydney.
2009 r.
After returning in 2009, the business is suspended and together with M. Michalski we create Markoserwis s.c. . The company dynamically develops its business, becoming one of the first in the country strictly service, not dealing in trade, but specializing in providing professional service of catering equipment.
2014 r.
In 2014 - the co-owner of Markoserwis s.c. Mr. M. Michalski leaves the company, I change the name of the company to SPERTO s.c. continuing its development by brands of the Manitowoc group: Frymaster, Merrychef, ManitowocIce, Merrychef, at the same time Rational Polska terminates the RSP contract with Sperto.
2016 r.
In March 2016, an official SLA is signed between Manitowoc and Sperto granting authorization to Convotherm, Manitowoc Ice and Frymaster. In 2016, after completing the "train for trainers" course, I become the first ever Convotherm brand trainer from outside the factory responsible for technical training of service technicians in Poland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
